Join the conversation that began over twenty years ago with Breaking Ranks and the CSSR/NASSP Secondary School Showcases. The Center for Secondary School Redesign and the Edexcellence Group invite you to sunny San Diego for Redesigning for Student Success: Student-Centered Secondary Schools Showcase sponsored by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
This student-centered professional development showcase brings together 20 of the nation’s most innovative and successful secondary schools to share their high school redesign programs and strategies. The Showcase provides administrators, school leadership teams, practitioners, and students an opportunity to deeply engage with transformational school leaders and discuss critical, relevant issues regarding the secondary school redesign process.
Akin to the NASSP Annual Conference, Redesigning for Student Success will provide abundant networking opportunities for like-minded, innovative educators from across the country. Participants will have a chance to visit sites, listen to presentations, hear from students, and join roundtable discussions with top education reformers. In addition to cutting edge ideas and proven strategies, participants will build a network of like-minded secondary school educators who can support one another as they implement redesign programs in their own schools.
